I have ordered from these guys for several years and can offer some advice I have accumulated: 1) Never provide your real phone number. Use a 555 number. They can and will call inappropriately. 2) Never provide a email that can't handle spam. They will email you every day for one year after your last order. 3) After ordering, do not rely on email notifications for tracking numbers, status, etc. Only use the Order Status page on the OPS site. 4) You should see a status of "P" soon after ordering (within minutes). This means your CC went through. If you see a status of "Queued" right away or "Declined" there is a problem with your card and you should call them if you don't want delays. They may need verification by phone, or you may have to call your CC company is fraud protection caused the charge to be declined. 5) If you want to cancel you need to do it before status gets to "A". Best way to cancel is by calling or live chat. 6) They send your order to a doctor who signs off on it. When he does that you will see "A". Then the order is sent to one of several US pharmacies. 7) At this point you should see a FedEx tracking number appear in the afternoon on the status page which you can use to track your order. Rarely, the pharmacy they sent the order to does not have the drug in stock and the order has to get resent to another pharmacy which could cause a delay. 8) Since you have to sign for the package and because if the drugs are returned to sender you won't be refunded, don't cut it too close to vacations or long trips, in case there is some delay. Fed Ex will usually only hold the package for 5 days for you. OPS(and other sites like Friendly Clinic) is just an affiliate web site of Cartadmin which is the real company. Cartadmin seems to be a workflow type system that accepts your payments, routes the prescription request to a doctor who is probably barely practicing in the US or practicing overseas (otherwise why would they risk their license for a few bucks) and who just approves dozens of them at once, and then the system routes the order to a licensed pharmacy. Its a very sophisticated system and seems to work very well. They have also set up pretty good call centers in the Philippines and elsewhere that do a good job.
