I've been using this site for about 8 months. The company has been very reliable until this mid-Feb. I placed my order for
Soma on a Friday evening, received tracking number on Monday, delivery set for Tuesday. However, my package was never picked up and that set off a whole chain of events.
I was told that the company must wait 3 working days before they will order from a different source/pharmacy when the original source is out of stock. At the end of the 3 days, I could request my $ to be refunded if I wanted-which would take 3-5 days to process. With the thousands of orders they receive per day, my order was buried in no time. Bottom line, it took 10 working days to receive my order.
Their customer service ppl only relay the information they have in their system, pretty much the info you already know. I managed to speak with someone outside of the CS area, and still no straight answers. From the first time I ordered from them, I hoped there would never be any serious hiccups because I assumed this would happen. They said my shipping cost will be refunded, I assume credited on next order. Haven't followed up as yet and I use a prepaid Visa card. Have no idea how a refund will be credited w/a prepaid Visa.
I've never (knock on wood) had solicitation phone calls from them. Until this last time, their operation has been smooth. But if things get messed up, they really get messed up.
