I rarely post but felt compelled to express my appreciation for the excellent service that I received at MWC today. Stacey is absolutely incredible! She helped me out SO much. I faxed all my documentation and then received a consult VERY soon after. I had some shipping address issues and Stacey was there to help me every step of the way. I am expecting my script to be filled tomorrow and sent for Saturday delivery. Thats quick turnaround! I am very appreciative and more than a little impressed. Thanks Stacy!!!

I was impressed with their speed. I ordered a consult on Thursday, was called on Friday and should have received my meds by Sat afternoon had an incompetent Fed-Ex delivery driver not been delivering...

I wanted to post a message about the great service I recv'd from mywecarerx.com. After so much frustration with both 1stmeds and epainmedsglobal, I needed to find a new company so I gave them a try.
Req consult and faxed records on Thursday afternoon, recv'd call on Friday morning and got meds Monday morning. Very nice doctor! I got an e-mail with tracking number right away on Friday.
I am so happy I found them and hope it lasts!

Having been burned like most people - is mywecarerx affiliated with any other sites? It's rare that one company isn't linked with another. Because these companies are so dishonest - we need to share info so we don't screwed - what state is there pharmacy (don't need the name since that would be against the Rules - amazing that most site have no problem taking your money but when you ask a simple question - one that should be readily available - some sites do tell you). Thanks.

While there have been pharmacy changes for those in CA, Stacey is the BEST ever to have the pleasure of dealing with. She goes above and beyond putting the "customer" in customer service and really cares. You won't be disappointed in this place.

Why do you think that posting the OCS's pharmacy is against the Rules? I just re-read the Rules (to make sure) and it doesn't say anywhere that we can't post the pharmacy names.
So for those of you that use Mywecarerx, which pharmacy do they use?

I have used MyWeCareRX for several months now. I have been very satisfied with everything they have done so far. The only "current" problem is they lost their "backup" pharmacy. Right now my order from their primary pharmacy is "on hold" until they get "more information" from the state I live in. I certainly hope this is a short and temporary problem as I would hate to have to go to someone else. I have been screwed by several other companies in the past and these people have been the greatest. If they get this problem solved, I would recommend them. If their problem doesn't involve the state you live in, I would certainly recommend giving them a try.

I would like to share my experience here. After the frustration of finding that my previous pharmacy had been lost with another company, I stumbled upon a small thread and decided to try this company. I need to pay my debt to society, because I haven't posted before but with the way things are going nowadays, I have to speak up to others that need help.

I was leary at first, because the prices seemed to be too good to be true. Sent off records and filled out form on Saturday, waiting for Monday. Well waiting for Monday was worth it. Stacy jumped on it! The doctor on Monday was very nice, informative and easy to work with. Received a separate email from FedEx and my order was here this morning, at promptly 10:15 am (I live in Texas.) The website is a bit different than what I was used to, but maybe that will help keep it open longer.

I am very satisfied. Also, I am paying over 120 dollars LESS than I was with my previous site! I received all 90 in a tightly packed bottle, and in a box instead of a FedEx bag.

OMG I was SOOOO excited to stumble upon this site. I was looking for a new ROP since my old one just shut down out of the blue. I decided to take my time to find a new one, although I was in unspeakable pain. Our weather got very warm here over the past couple of days and my pain was increasing. So I decided to take a leap of faith and give these guys a try.

I faxed my ID in at 11:15 am pst and came home and emailed my medical records and my new memeber form by 12:30PM. Doctor called within minutes and the same day my perscription left the pharmacy and is in route to my house for tomorrow am.

They are truly amazing. As long as things keep up this way I will most definatly be a life long customer!
Thanks Stacey you were awesome. I cant tell you how much I apprecaite it.

I just found out I live in the state that they can't use. I read the board today and saw the post and immediately emailed MWC and asked. My refill was due tomorrow and I'm so upset. I've used them since the other OCS I used for years went belly-up earlier this year, leaving their patients hanging. MWC has been absolutely a God-send to me and Stacey and the customer service is way above average to superb. This is really awful; I dread needing to find yet another OCS. I hope they can rectify the problem. I don't know what I'm going to do in a few days when the medication runs out but the pain always stays.

So, I gave up on 1stmeds. Pathetic. I called Mywecarerx.com this morning. Send in my records, had a consult and BAM! scrip is done and I have a tracking number. So, if it gets here it will be 24 hour turnaround. Beats the snot out of 1stmeds. Great price. Solid service. Someone needs to upgrade the rating on this one, they deserve 5 Stars, IMHO.

I too live in a state they apparently can't ship to. Ironic since this is my last refill and the others were sent without issue. How could that change in a month's time? Could it be an excuse?
Has anyone heard any news?

I'm in the same position as you. I was on my last refill, with a second consult due after it was filled. Then, they stopped shipping to certain states. I was told that they will keep my last refill on file. I haven't heard anything and am now in the process of finding a new OCS. I was very disappointed because the service was very good and I found them after the other OCS I was using stopped shipping everywhere.

Well I emailed them today to check the status and here was the reply..."We are hoping to be set by Aug 6th or so please check back at that time if it happens we can ship before then we will let you know!"
The "or so" part scares me...my refill date was 7/25.
Jeez!

What is going on? Yesterday, they said that we would get the FedEx number. Looked this AM and still no tracking number. Then called today, and they said the pharmacy couldn't get all orders filled yesterday and we would receive a tracking number today. Visited the forum and I see Rockit's post...

Called and left messages prior to their closing for the day, and still nothing...worried here.

The pharmacy said orders are going out but not for My We Carerx because they are waiting for confirmation from the doctor of the prescriptions.

My We Carerx confirmed this is the situation. Nothing went out yesterday or today for My We Carerx because they cannot validate the doctor.

The pharmacy said they are willing to fill the prescriptions as soon as they receive this information.

This morning OP was answering the phone. By noon, they were not.

Okay, just called and now they are saying that the doctor is on a conference and they got a new pharmacist that won't fill until the doctor talks to him/her.

Im due for a reconsult, they are saying they are backed up 2-3 days, and need updated records from me.. records are dated 02/06, they need one more recent,,,They have a detailed MRI,,I think they are trying to buy some time,,Anyone know of a good reliable ROP that is up and running with no wait?

Stacey is a sweetheart, but the pharm they are now using just took on all of ERMEDS clients who have been waiting for over a month. (Bet you can guess who is being filled first....) I left Ermeds for this reason, now I find out that they also are using the same pharm. I know times are tough right now, with every parmacy being raided, but I feel like we should be 1st. I have a comment form filled out for tomorrow amd plan to call. I'll update everyone with the progress. To me this sounds like B.S. I feel for the ERmed patients but we were here 1st and should be treated 1st. Last I spoke to Stacey she said that the doctor is new and must review files...sounds like buying time to me....

Stacey had to help me out. They said that I was ordering from another site. A Site that I hadn't used in over a year.....I had to get them to send an email that I am not using them, nor do I have an outstanding scrips. They do not use Duanes's, by the way, so you must have either fills, or records elsewhere that they are picking up on.


I would not use their site anyway, the said that they lost their doc, but that should be no big deal..either go through the current records or call if you have qurstions. I'm actually sorry I chose them. My refill is now over a week past due for a refill. Calling them again tomorrow morning....sure they will once again have another excuse......

Well, I have been waiting for 2 days for a reconsult, They emailed me on Wed. that it could be up until 8pm.. so I waited. Emailed on Thursday, said they are working on the consults they are backed up and that a PA is helping the Dr..Well, here it is Friday, I think I should just give up already, and stop beleiving what they are telling me...
