Sent my records Friday morning had consult by Friday afternoon and received tracking number later that night. Received my meds this morning. Very happy to see UPS as I heard there have been some small delays in shipment. Great company to work with, looking forward to doing more business with them!

I needed to use a friends computer to post this,but I just had to tell everyone how excellent this OCS is!! Ive Been using Mywecare for 3 months now, and to this day, I have not had one single problem!! The csr's are very polite and courtious, they are ALWAYS on time with refills, and every single time I sent e-mail, I had a response within an hour!!
If all OCS operated as professional and as smoothly as mywecare,nobody would ever have to post anything negitive about who they use for their meds. I just want to say,"thank you" my we care for your outstanding services and very professional care for your clients!!! BRAVO TO mywecare!!! I highly recoomend this OCS, and have no intention on switching to anyone else. I am here with mywecare for the long run!!!!

Ordered a consult yesterday, got approved for Watson brand generic Norcos, and was sent a tracking # around 4PM, saying that it would be delivered today. However, there was a problem shipping (they said it was the Fed-Ex driver's fault?), so it's now scheduled to be shipped today instead... Mistakes do happen: it's how a business handles them that really matters, and MyWeCare did a great job dealing with this issue.

I requested at least a partial refund on shipping since I paid for and was told that it would be Priority Overnight. Stacey said she'd give me a refund for my next order, which was very nice of her. Clearly Stacey understands what good customer service really means and is trying to build up her company.

Kudos to MyWeCare- give them a try.

As many of us have or will be changing our OP's, does anyone have status to report on Mywecare? Did nastyygrll receive her order last week? Does anyone have dealings with them this week? Tx in advance.

There is not a website on the mywecarerx website so I emailed them for one..since they are advertising 50.00 consults..
I got an email back saying it was their website, but it is the webiste for consultsnow.. I dunno, I am very confused at this point and afraid to consult with anyone..Anyone else have this prob. with mywecare?

Like many here, the service I've been using for a long time is experiencing difficulties and lost the pharmacies they were using. I had two refills left, but am unable to get them filled. It's not the fault of the on-line service, I understand completely, but it left me without pain medicine. On the strength of what was reported here, I decided to try MWC. It's hard to figure out which new one to choose. I would like to report that MWC is five Stars. I emailed them on Wednesday late afternoon, Stacey immediately answered. I was impressed with that because I know they are very busy, more so than usual.

I filled out the form and faxed records next morning, Thursday (yesterday) and within a few hours was emailed that my records were accepted by the doctor. My consult was scheduled for Friday morning and sure enough, early this morning the PA phoned. She was professional, asked questions and listened to my responses. I've requested tomorrow Saturday delivery in the morning.

I am paying COD for this first time just to be sure everything goes smooth (I have no reason to believe it won't -- everything thus far has been fantastic, but with anything new I'm a bit cautious). After this first time, I'll most likely pay with credit card. I like to establish trust, and it's important the other way around too -- that they know they can trust me. I asked about a tracking number and Stacey said she would email it to me when she has it. With my other service I contacted the pharmacy myself, so I wanted to know the procedure in this regard.

I HIGHLY recommend MWC and encourage all to give them a chance. I'm extremely pleased. They answer questions promptly, do everything by the book and I couldn't ask for more. All that remains is for the delivery tomorrow.

I will post on the results, but at this point, I am encouraged that the delivery will come in the morning as I have requested. I wanted to report up to now even though I was going to wait until tomorrow to report the entire thing. But I've been so pleased with everything I thought I'd let everyone know my experience up to today.

I have this funny feeling that are not going to see any places with a Florida pharm shipping for a while, the alphabet soup guys are all over Florida right now, I hope these places can find pharms elsewhere, but not just in one state because then that state will just be targeted next.

My husband used this service and dealt with Stacey. The experience was a dream. She was kind and concerned and worked as quickly and efficiently as she could. He faxed his records, had a consult and received his meds all within two days. Seriously, what more could you ask for? PLUS a $50 consult discount. Wonderful service-BRAVO and thank you Stacey!

Took my money, promised delivery Monday and then every day since Monday another exuse. Just lies. Now, no one even answers the phone anymore. STAY AWAY!
I'm happy for the 2 or 3 people who received theirs. But we've all seen this before: thieves like this send to a few people to induce hundreds to order. Should be blacklisted.

I got my meds from them a few weeks ago.

Took a few days to get everything in order. From the initial contact with filling out the new patient form, then faxing records, setting up and getting consult took 3 days and then another two days to get meds since my consult was so late in the day. So, it took 5 days from beginning to end, but I did get my meds.

I am really surprised at what happened to you...you can't get through on the phones? I talked to Stacey...each time i emailed her, within 20 minutes she emailed me back...I do know of someone else that tried to get through to them today...took her a few hours, then we she did get through, they were booked for consults and she is supposed to consult on Monday.....will let you know what happens with her.

If for some reason you did not receive your meds and were charged please contact us and we will takae care of this. I do not believe this is the case because I know whick meds were not shipped. Yes there have been shipping delays the pharmacy has had some issues that are now fixed, and We have had internet and phone problems the last part of the week. Please contact us if you are in need of a refund of some kind we do not take money and not provide your order.

I have a quick question about refills. I noticed on my bottle that it indicates there are "no refills", yet the physician indicated two refills were going to be included. Also, I know on the website there is a form for "refills". Does this mean MWC actually holds the refills and then sends them to the pharm when they are requested, or is this all somehow lined up with the pharm. Any feedback on refills would be appreciated.

Also, MWC was fantastic with me. I do believe that they are probably in the process of switching pharms, as I agree that FL pharms are HOTHOTHOT! It's time to go elswhere!!
