My experience with 1st class care has gone pretty smoothly until this month. I had a phone follow up last week with their doctor in South Carolina, as I have done for the last 3 months since the original F2F. Customer service scheduled the appt. about 3 days before my refill was due, but I thought nothing of it and the doctor didn't seem worried about it on the phone. I just figured if he wanted to wait a day or 2 to call it in, then that would be fine. You know, just let me know, so I'm not hounding CVS everyday looking like a druggie. Well, nothing had been called in as of this morning. So I am 3 days past my 30 day refill date, and have run out of meds. Customer svc. said the doctor sent them an email saying I was in violation of his TOS b/c I requested the refill too early. Uh.....no! Customer svc. set it up for that date and all he had to do was wait to call it in on the 30th day. I wasn't expecting it to be called in that same day, but I wish he had made himself clear that he couldn't refill it for a couple more days. A totally bizarre experience and I completely hated being talked to like I was the one doing something illegal! Its not the cust. svc. fault, its this doctor. I will refrain from name calling, but his actions on how he handles patients are very questionable.

Just a heads up for anyone living in the SC area and are considering going to Columbia for a F2F. I think they have a doctor in NC which might be a better choice, but I don't think I can stay with 1st class care after the way I've been treated. Oh, and one more thing, since the dr. claimed I was in violation of TOS, they won't refund my $160 re-consult fee. Not even a portion of it. I even spoke to the owner and he said he would try to work something out after the holiday with the doctor to call it in for me, but I'm not counting on that happening at all! The dr. already labeled me as a 'violator'.....he won't change his mind. But I said I'd give them till Monday to figure this ridiculous mess out. Sorry---this turned into a major rant!

So, you had a consult a few days early because it was set up that way by the company. You did not expect the doctor to submit the script until the time it was supposed to be put in? I am confused, sorry. How many days between fills?
