I had my phone reconsult with PhoneConsultation this morning (my F2F was last June.) Everything went perfectly. I really like this doctor. She is the one in Ventura. Anyway, she called in my new prescription to Walgreens (90 ct, 2 refills) and I picked it up within a couple of hours. Anyway, all you people who are having trouble getting a doc to give you ANY refills, you might want to try here. I have always gotten 2 refills.
I agree. It took awhile (about 2 weeks) But, Dr Rx'd me #120 +2. Im on last fill now and will be doing phone consult soon. I highly rec P.C. Fermentia00, I agree the Ventura doc was great.
cady, it took me over a week to get in with him. They did try to get me in sooner, but it just wouldn't work. But I don't know, maybe he is not quite as busy now. I had a very good experience with him.
Teacher13 that's great but I would delete the doctors name because I don't think they want the doctors name put out on the website. But that's great what you got from the Doc.
Hi everyone out there. Just got my reconsult from phoneconsultation and everything went smooth as silk. I am so very happy with this service. I am in SoCal so I use the doctor in Oxnard. She is very caring, thorough and even called me on a Saturday for my phone consult so that she wouldn't hold me up. She called me again on Tuesday to apologize for the delay in sending my script due to a dental emergency. She would have called my pharmacy for the refill but as it turned out I had enough medication to last. I received my script FedEx within 2 days. I am so pleased with this service. It's great that she had my file right in front of her and could refer back to things we had discussed in our original visit. This is really so much better than the old days of the ROP's when you never knew who you were going to talk to and always got someone new. Phoneconsultations is a great company and the rep Gwyneth is so quick to reply and get things done for you. If anyone is hesitant to try this service, send me a msg and we can chat about it. I used them prior to Ryan H Act and the same Dr. was working back then, and she is very professional an considerate. I will probably use them next time I need consult, Oxnard is is about a 2 hour drive from me, but she is worth it. She used to have an office in Hemet, Ca, which is close to Palm Springs too.
