Hi,
we are speaking with several clinics in WA and hope to have at least one in place within the next 2 weeks.
We'll let you know as soon as that happens.

Regards,

Amie.

I can't believe no one's posting. Come on someone had to have seen these guys. I'm also not making an appointment to be given a cream. I've done injections and all types of treatments already. I'm willing to try a cream but I don't want that to be my only option. This place is around the corner for me so I got all excited until I read about the creams. I'm worried this will be similar to Dr. Garcia only giving the nubain.
Anyone that's gone please share.
Thanks.

Hi,
we only refer to the creams as one aspect of the treatments that some doctors have used and recommended with some patients.
As a referral service we don't recommend any treatment; that is purely up to the individual doctor. We refer patients to experienced doctors and clinics in each State where we have coverage. The feedback we have had directly to us has been excellent.
If you wish to know more, please contact us directly and we'll answer whatever questions you may have.
Thanks for your interest.

Regards,

Amie.

My question to F2F is: It says on your site you contact our primary Dr.,if that is true, what do you ask them?
there are 2 of us ready to go to your northern clinic, but want to know what contact you have with our Dr.'s or clinics? Thanks, metrian

That sounds a lot like capsacin cream. Which does has it's place but it's a very small place in the big scheme of things.

I know they lost their Ohio Dr. I'm such a jinx. I can bring any service down without even trying \:\) . This was 30 miles from my home and the Dr. will not respond to their emails anymore after they sent him my info for review. I have good records mind you \:\)
I used YES and look what happened there. My bestfriend was terrified to give me the service she used swearing that would be the end of them too. That was YES.
I used Dr. Franklin at one point with SVS and he died.
I would never follow me to any service no matter how good I said they were \:\)
I think I might be off to either get the Central Ohio Dr. from another service arrested or into a major medical situation since that's my closest option and F2F Docs sent me info for that service.
K
P.S. My local Dentist died unexpectedly last year between sending me to a big root canal guy and to come back to him for the permanent filling.

Hi,
we are still here!
Do you have a specific question please?
We are growing and adding new clinics each week.
Our feedback from our patients has been excellent but there will always be teething issues, especially where some patients are moving from a tele-medicine background into face-to-face which can be confusing and stressful for some.
We concentrate first and foremost in dealing with the patients on the site and handling new questions via the site e-mail and telephone so we are not always live on the forum as we want to make sure the patients on the site are given priority. We do check each day and will always respond to specific questions.
I hope this helps?

Regards,

Amie.

Hi,
we contact the primary physician whenever there is a question from the doctor about dates or legibility of previous records. This saves time when you visit the doctor for the first time via F2FDOC.
I hope this helps?

Amie.

Tango - I just did a belly laugh. Please do not be offended. It is no laughing matter to not get meds.

But, your statement about the docs going down after you was really funny.

I can assure you that you did not bring anyone down - just a coincidence.

Had my consult with the F2Fdoc.com doctor in Irving, TX (Dallas area) yesterday. Let me just say, had I been able to find a doctor like this before, I would never have needed a service like F2Fdoc.com to begin with. One of the best doctor's visits I've ever had. For starters, he actually listened. Not "listened" like some doctors, who nod and shake their head, and then start talking and proving that they didn't really care about what you just said. He seemed to actually care about helping to provide some relief from pain and restore some quality of life. Never once did he seemed rushed or hurried, gave me plenty of time to ask questions, discuss anything, etc. Heck, he even gave me a card with his personal email on it in case I had questions or issues later. I just can't say enough about the guy. Phenomenal experience. So if you're in the Dallas area, do NOT hesitate to use the Irving doctor through F2Fdoc.com. I really hope they keep this guy around for a while.

Amie - cream?? Come on, girl. That's what this company has to offer? For what price? Not cheap I would guess.

This would be laughable if it weren't so sad. BTW, Amie, none of us are laughing. We've been SOL with money and meds for a few weeks now. Not a laughing matter.

I know it is not your fault (at least I hope not), but people are looking for pain management. People NEED pain management. So, if your firm is offering "cream", well, I don't know what to say. I sincerely hoping they are paying you enough to come on here and offer "cream" (whipped?) LOL. I mean no offense to you personally. I just find this whole situation. . . hard to digest.

PNWRain,
Read her post correctly before you jump onto what someone says. Amie said "we only refer to the creams as one aspect of the treatments that some doctors have used". This means the creams are only one option "SOME DOCTORS" have used, not F2FDoc. She also said,"As a referral service we don't recommend any treatment; that is purely up to the individual doctor." which also means F2FDoc has no control over what the doctors prescribe, nor can they recommend something to the doctors.

There was no reason for your negativity towards Amie. She was only letting the readers know that this was one option some doctors might use, not the only option that's available.

That's funny Tango. I used to think I took down the services too. LOL! I am so disappointed. I just today decided to bite the bullet & try F2F & when I called they told me the OH doc jumped ship. Sucks for me cuz I believe he was located only abt 15 - 20 min from me too. Now I am trying to see if anyone else out there is close to NE OH, I am 30ish min east of downtown Cleveland. Any ideas?

Hi topgunmoma how have you been?
PNWRain, please listen to the information from peole like myself who have already been to the Dr. and had treatment. It's easy to quickly read something and mis-understand it. They have certainly made it clear that the creams are one form of treatment and not what they are doing as a routine. Also as I'm sure you know, whatever you are prescribed is up to the Dr. and what happens during your office visit.
I had a wonderful office visit and was not prescribed a cream, the Dr. decided to continue my treatment as I had been and with the same medicine I had been taking. I'm not against a cream either, if it will help I'll use it. I'll use whatever will work. Over the last few years I've used a cream, it was Diclofenac cream used on the affected area. I've also had injections of Synvisc, Cortizone, used an electric TENS unit and taken all kind of pill medicine. It's taken a long time to find the right combination of stuff to help me control the pain.
There is nothing shady or underhanded about what F2F is doing. They have a good service and will help people find a doctor close to you.
Good luck

Hey there back Xeon....
You said much better than I could have. I usually don't get involved in things like this but, I to had an excellent visit to the Dr. thru F2FDoc and felt like the comments were way off then what they should have been. That's why I spoke up. But, you even said it better...All anyone who wants to know. F2FDoc is an excellent OHS and I recommend them to anyone.....

I have a question and hopefully someone can assist. I have no insurance and suffer from serve anxiety issues/ attacks. Sometimes, I cannot leave the house for days or weeks. What I have found that works best for me is either Xanax and Valium as long as I ONLY use them to prevent an attack or shut one down. Once I break this cycle, usually over several days of taking small amounts in the AM and PM, I am fine for quite some while!

The problem is, how do I document this situation so I can use F2F services? In my state, it is near impossible to have these med prescribed. Do I have to go to a clinic or ER on a really bad day (I have many) and let them observe the real me experiencing a full-blown panic attack? I am even considering traveling to FL since the process is so much easier, at least for now.

I have no intention of doing ANY meds daily (been there), but only use as needed. I would need about 90 of each but that would last me a very LONG time, used correctly.

Thanks for listening...

I have not signed up as of yet Pharma Karma, but if you have taken anxiety meds in the past, you should be able to depending on your pharmacy get a print out of all the mds you have taken for the last year. I know i have done this in the past, with Rite Aides and they can easily print it and just stop back and pick up later. Also I realize some people may have a great experience but I do not think anyone should but knocked for being concerned either, and I think your worries are justified as mine are. No, there are no guarantees and the Doctor might not give anything and these face to face groups really cannot guarantee it, even though for the money they charge IN MY OPINION there should be. Also, as far as these comments of people posting their experiences, I am glad some people had great ones and cosndiering all this money is being paid, peopleahve a right to question and judge. My problem with this particular group now going back and reading the web page and yes I can read lol and comprehend quite well, is if I read between the lines, I am wondering is this more homeopathec with some of their Doctors and it is a valid concern. I am not sure what crams Amie is refering to or anyone else, but you have to think about this very carefully and think about alot of what has been going on. Now mind you this is all my own opinion and I have been doing a lot of reading and a lot of evaluating and as of yet have not signed up for any service, but the more and more I read the more and more leary I am getting, When someone says to you, they cannot guarantee what the Doctor does for you, allthough true, your not paying for nothing. If your saying your a referal for pain management then this is the kind of Doctor who should be signed up, not DC'S and Homeopaths, but again just my opinion. I also guess, I do not understand why opinions on here are attacked. I am kind of disapointed to see this on here. I really thought this was a place to share and give views not be jumped on. I know I am new but we all have something valuable to offer, be it the good or bad. All views in my book are worthy. Just because many had great experiences apparently on many of the services there are those who had bad ones, and someone posting a bad expereince or a negative i guess is just as entitled. I look at life this way, i can learn something from all opinions. I did go back and re read the web page for facetoface and again I agree there are no guarantees and in some ways there should br, but also Doctors who are enrolled should be knowledgeable and willing to listen. This is w hy we use the servce. There should be no judinging or lectures and if I went and got nothing but a cream yep I would be mad,. anfd again I am glad for many it worked out, but again like they say, no guarantee, and i keep hearing that over and over, and that really bothers me and the more I read well the more my opinion changed and I just say we all need to be careful. But again back to Pharma, if you can get any type of documentation I would think from the last year I would think should be sufficant but again like they all say depends on the Doctor. Again all just my opinion, take care

I am going to my 1st appt with F2FDOC tomorrow. I have plenty of documentaion, but it's about 1 1/2 yrs old. Can't get a MRI but every two years. I'm also driving an hour and half, which seems like nothing to someone, but it will take all day and gas, Will let you know how it comes out.
