Yeh my first and only order with this place they completely forgot to ship half my order. They really seem to be a sloppy outfit as far as I'm concerned.

i am sorry your order was wrong but i have placed over 30 orders for there vitamins and have never been shorted in fact since i use western or mgram i get almost 100 extra everytime. they will make it right if you tell them there was a problem, i think they are the best in the biz. This is just my opinion.

over extended period of time and look carfully on the board and look at how many orders some people actually place. some are getting from several places and using alternate addresses and so on. I been doing business for a while and there are people who have bought way more than myself. Also look at places like CAM who offer specials for thousands of bars, what do you think peoplea are ordering that many for? I know they are not stocking up for the next couple years. MY comment was just to dispay how reliable they are not for you to question the quantity and frequency of my orders. i also never stated i have ever ordered any controlled substances.

I just wanted to pipe in and add that I have had glorious results from this outfit, three times in a row my shipment gets here within 2 days, before they even get me the tracking number. I could not ask for better .

if you use mgram or western you will never have a problem and i really dont understand how you know what and how many i order. if the company has a problem they wiill say. this is not for you to decide. Look back at the posts over time and add up the amount of orders some have placed. I am sorry you cant get a order in but using your credit card sometimes doesnt help. the generic items i order are pretty much always in stock so its stupid to think one person is the reason they are out or to think i am getting thousands of there items per week. just place you own orders and shut the phuck up.

I just noticed that their website is not taking e-mails over the weekend. I would not order until next week, personally.

Placed an order this morning for a friend out of state. Order went thru and I have an order number. Strange, but i didn't receive e-mail confirmation this time.

Order from Wed. received this AM via Fed-ex. I had overslept and the Fed-ex guy actually woke me up at 8:45, knocking on my door! LOL. I am sure I looked a fright. I usually get up at 6AM, but didn't get much sleep last night.

Packaging very good and stealthy, quality (2mg circuplex)seems fine. It is a brand I have never seen/had before. And the tablets are real little, and scored. Foil packed.

Kudos on their speed and efficiency!

Ordered Monday and got tracking number today - estimated delivery date is Friday. Excellent pricing and service for 100 Soma's. Gonna be great for my back pain. The price was terrific as well.

I hate it when pills are just thrown into a bubble wrapped envelope that can be easily seen by anyone who opens it.

i've gotten envelopes before where the [censored] was just literally thrown in there and all I can think to myself is how much more damn obvious can you make it if customs opens it?

On the note of airsealed, I would just like to add that anyone who orders from them can rest 100% easily knowing that they will never get a customs letter. Since I started ordering from them, I realized the absurdly high prices were well justified.

The quality is top notch as well, the equivalent to anything you would pick up at your local pharmacy. I cannot hail this place enough.

I've tried to order twice - once with MC and once with V and both times it said my credit card was rejected. They're both good cards with plenty of money available. Has anyone else had this problem?

They don't take MC, and I believe they haven't for some time. Not sure about the Visa card. You might try again. If it still rejected, it is possible you might have to preauthorize the transaction with your bank. Good luck.

This one was for 250 'cere vit. All there- blister packed. Again, very nice discreet envelopes, secure.

I did not get a tracking # as soon as expected, so emailed and asked for one. They responded quickly.

Impressive IOP

Having problems with my 3rd order. They sent me a tracking number for a packaged addressed and mailed to somebody on the West Coast. I'm midwest.

When I conctaced customer service, they stated that Fed ex recycles tracking numbers and I should wait untill they update their info. This sounds like BS.

All good things must come to an end, I suppose.

I wouldn't diss them entirely based on your report. From my experience, I know that another shipper they use does in fact recycle tracking numbers. I do not know if that applies to Fedex.

I would counsel patience here and remember two things. English is not the first language of their customer service. Things do get fouled up sometimes in translation. You also chose to order right in the middle of the peak holiday rush. That means more delays, more chances for errors, and a high probability that the "A" team of various companies could be on vacation.

Bottom line: I would do what Palmira says here and just wait for the update. If that is not acceptable, place your next order elsewhere.

i agree, a little patience helps, it may be difficult but it helps alot. i think strawberry had posted before that she had a billing mix up and a shipping mix up once too but got all straight with an e-mail.

oh and their previous courier did in fact recycle tracking numbers.

Sounds like it may just be a matter of bad record keeping.

or maybe overload, busy. keep in mind this is one of the poorest countries in the western hemisphere...they may not have all the tools at their disposal that we do

I should add that the packaged arrived with a different tracking number.
