Yea, but they are making it right. I dunno what its like too run an IOP and have to deal with a large number of seizures, but I'd imagine it does take a little longer than most people would like too get things fixed. They blatently told me they were an extremely small operation, that's why they limit their order intake. They could be like PCUSA and bite off pounds more than you can chew. All I can say is I am extremely satisfied. They also told me that the person breaking off from them and starting their own business was complete bull crap. They respond too my e-mails pretty well too, doesn't matter when I send an e-mail though (even if its 1 second after I recieve a response from the previous day), I won't get a response until the next day. All I can say is these guys are the IOP superman though and I'm sure it took a while too get the re-ships moving when it's a loss of that magnatude, and your buisness is small and only sends so many orders per day. I would dare say these guys went in the hole by losing all those orders and had too take orders in the mean time too pay for the lost ones too re-ship them. I said it before, but that's probably why they were taking just a couple of orders per day, too put the money in the account too fix the hole. Honestly I dunno why it took a long time for some of you guys too get your order, but I have been placing an order once per week at about 2 am, and getting it in 4 days flat. I get reasonably good customer service from them despite the language barrier. Haven't had any problems other than not getting tracking numbers remotly on time (the last one came about an hour and a half after I had the package in town).

If a site is willing to resend medication that is a great sign. The long wait might be worth it.

Yea, some people act like we are dealing with CVS here, and all they have too do is count, hit some numbers on a cash register and its all set. This is a long complicated process and it's hard too find places that will re-ship for free if nothing shows, that always add a couple of extra pills for you, and answer every e-mail you send (they have for me). It does take until the next day, but they are the special forces of IOP's in my eyes. I could care less what anyone else thinks about these guys, they rock my socks in my eyes.

so you're placing an order once a week you're paying 50 bucks a week in shipping? (just curious)

So in the end they did you right . As I said, these guys are good. They don't mess around at all. The money never has been charged on my card until a day after I receive.

I finally received my order after about 45 days. 20 emails and a chargeback. I received a letter for apology last week stating that they were having problems with customs and they were dealing with reships before they could send mine. This is the kind of info I was looking for a month ago. Besides that, I got my money back and they said that this one is on them and offered 20% off on the next purchase. I ordered generic and they upgraded me to brand, for the inconvenience. I REALLY HAD TO RAISE HELL TO GET WHAT I WANTED. So overall

45 days (no seizures)
Meds better than described(BRAND not GENERIC)
Sent through regular mail, recvd tracking 2 days before delivery.

I have to say that I do not hate these guys anymore but it will still be my last order.

In my book they have redeemed themselves with me, simply because the apologetic letter that they wrote me.

(If you let them, they will push you around.)

I give this personal experience a 4.6/10

And I give this IOP an 8/10 overall would have been a 9 or 10 if it wasn't for this last incident.

Things went wrong, they fixed them, but with a bad attitude. Then finally they apologized and got me what i order in better quality than expected.. Not Bad

I got my LL today...

I'm curious, because of the somewhat unique approach these guys take to sending their product. Everyone who has used them knows that I'm talking about. Was the LL still from customs or maybe some company somewhere? I'm just wondering if it was a shipping company like UPS or DHL, or some of the more unheard of ones that blew the proverbial whistle, or if customs just caught onto something and did it their self. I don't know how the importation process works though, I dunno if customs just processes it all or well I've just realized I know nothing about this process. Someone with some knowledge throw us a bone here.

Customs can check only a tiny fraction of incoming packages. IMO seizures/LL's at the port of entry fall into two classes.

Poorly packaged stuff or items from particular countries are more likely to attract the attention of inspectors and get confiscated. Even well packaged shipments get caught on occasion due to simple random bad luck.

The carriers want our $$, and they do not send LL's.

Twice within the same week I ordered from these guys. They accepted my VISA, and both times I received by FedEx (very discreet) within five days.

Both days, both times, all quality Diazapam.

No sure what company you are dealing with. I'll use them any time I want quick delivery on short notice.

Are they the ones in the 250 count offer?

I used to order from this place quite often but haven't for a while (before all this trouble started but after they jacked the shipping costs up) My question is to the people currently getting packages have they changed their mode of packaging without giving any details? Basically is it safe to order from palmira agaian or not?

I also used to use them exclusively. They ran into a seizure problems a while back too...but that's when they were shipping baby rattles. Once they upgraded their packaging I never had a problem with them. They quickly reshipped my one seizure as well.

The 250ct offer was all I ever ordered. They were always blue with the letter K on one side, scored on the other.

They got past their previous problem...and I certainly hope they get past this one. I seem to remember seeing something about a former employee or relative to this place attempting to branch out on his own? I wonder how much of these current issues are being caused by this...I'd sure like to see this place stick around.

Well best I understand, this was BS. I broke dudes Rules, and asked about it lol. I have found that when you have old reliable and new blue, go with old reliable.

Edit: oops, anyway I think the new guy was a scammer. I think it was a half brained attempt to rip people off. The mailing list creeped me out the most.

me too (about the mailing list) - there were 40+ email addys on there - made me wonder if he had e/one's c.c. info too.

I never checked it. Toprx is a good site. They have yet to do me wrong. They don't charge my card until my goods are in my hand. They have all the signs I need that they are as legit as can possibly be. I really like the order limit thing. If they had any intention of doing anyone wrong, they wouldn't limit the orders to numbers they were sure they could handle.

Like I said, the e-mail thing was a half baked scheme too rip people off real quick. He thought the reduced prices would bring him a bunch of buisness really quick, and likely he made off with a few hundred bucks in the deal. Some people fall for that stuff though.

Hmnn, a couple possibilities here. And I'm only speculating as I have no proven facts.

Not long ago, somebody previously associated with TopRx went into business on his own. He tried to solicit orders by offering lower prices. He might still have access to TopRx email. The logical solution to the problem would be to change the email address to something else. Unfortunately we all now what that address is.

Another possibility is the "contact us" email could be getting intercepted by L.E. That would be a bad thing for all of us.

I have always had good experiences with this company. But IMO now might be a good time to be cautious for awhile.

BTW remember Xmas. is fast approaching. Many Latin American companies completely shut down from Xmas. through Three Kings Day in early January. I don't recall how long TopRx shut down in previous years.

I don't know, never received anything from them with this title in it.
