A whole month w/o meds - a nightmare. I trust you will work it out, but in the meantime it SUCKS!

The whole F2F thing has not proven its worth. Hope that changes. For all of us.

Thanks Rain...I am still waiting for someone to post positive feedback. When I went they were very professional and required strict records. My friend was denied. So, I expected a professional fulfillment. Maybe something is happening with the new owners or something....perhaps the records didn't transfer or something. It did just change so maybe the new company doesn't want to deal with these kind of cases. Seems like they are going in a different direction if you ask me and the doc is very holistic.

WHOA. is that disclosed? i cannot take trycyclics, my heart goes into a-fib and starts beating at about 160 after it builds up in my system. i'd rather not risk death again, thank you. this drug would not only be useless for me, it would be risking a heart attack.

i thought it was bad enough when we had to "figure out" things overseas. if they're selling meds that have multi-parts, i'd better know what's in it so they don't kill me....

they are not sending out at all.....anyone say otherwise? So glad I spent a ton of money on them only to have them take on too many customers. It is deja vu all over again. They take your money, let you drive miles for F2F, and then DONT have the meds to go through with it. I am out a lot of money and this is BS. I can't be the ONLY one, people.

I submitted for my due refill on Tuesday, Nov 9th. They Haven't returned my inquiries and they usually are so good about that. It's not the common med either which they can run out of at times. I will also be out a lot of money ....plane fare, etc. But I am still positive and hopeful. I know my cc has been charged. In the past there has been a weeks wait. They have always been pretty fair and reliable and by the book. I'm hoping for the best.

My last refill was due on Oct 29.

It disappeared from their site. Unable to refill or receive any data from them since.No return phone calls,emails,nothing.

Very unusual.
I have personally had it with them. Gone through tremendous bs with them over the years.

Enough is enough.

My positiveness is beginning to fade with them now. And I haven't been waiting as long as D and J. Is there a timelimit on asking for a chargeback?

Has anyone called the pharmacy directly?

If it's not ever coming, I would just rather know that so I can move on! This is ridiculous. Spent $1000 air fare and hotel for the F2F. They went to so much trouble and effort to set this all up, I can't understand how and why it would just fall apart?!

Have you tried to call the Doc and see if he will send or Fax your script somewhere else? ...If it is a real caring service/Doc ...I would think that the Doc wouldn't want you to run out of Meds!...JMHO

Thanks stevo1. I don't have a phone number unfortunately. I went to their website and it is down. Says "website unavailable". I have $300+ cc charge from Nov 11 on product which hasn't even been sent. The pharmacy was answering the phone last week, very kind, saying "it was ordered" and then another day, "Waiting for a big box from our supplier", "should come tomorrow"..blah, blah blah. None of this was true apparently. Now-- no one answering at the pharmacy + website down. I can't believe it. Had two refills left. I find it amazing that MNW2008/Manhattan Scientific can't even Notify their faithful and well paying customers what is going on. They just disappear?!

Kristigirl....Do you have the Doc's name? If so Google it and get the Office Phone# ....Then Call them! The whole Scenario is Strange to me!!.... Because with Most F2F Companies (And to keep things Legit).....Their Doesn't seem to be a Problem contacting the Doc if you have Questions or a Problem. If you want any help with this.... PM me and I will see what I can do to help you Contact the Doc!

well. I am so glad I decided to check back. WTF! I also paid a ton of money on consult. So, site has been down five days now? This is really, really bad....they were running really behind on refills but they just did a consult on me.

This is terrible....has anyone received? I notice they are advertising at the top of this site, so maybe Admin can ask them what they are doing!

Have not received any info or news from them and all I know is what is written on the board by members and that their domain is being re-directed and has this message on their site "Manhattan Scientific In. / Meds Nationwide is Temporarily Un Available."

The number to the pharmacy is disconnected which is odd because there are no outstanding discipline actions against this company (yet).

After having said the above, I WILL say that the doctor I deal with is a decent, caring man who has, in the past, lived up to his word. I hope he does this time. Let's give him a chance before calling 1) the DEA 2) licensing boards 3) his home. I know a couple of ways to "reach" him to ask for the 411. Let's try the positive approach, for everyone involved.

Someone picked up the phone and said that the DEA was there, at pharmacy, along with FDA. Allegedly, RXs are not good anymore, not even for transfer

I have no idea why this happened. I had F2F with Raza's VA office and followed law, so what was done wrong? Anyone know? Also, back to square one with looking for OCS.

So if I followed the law, saw the doctor and complied with everything, is there no need to worry that they have been shut down other than me having to try to find another doctor?

Well, the DEA agent I spoke to today told me that "your first mistake was going to see that doctor"

When I told him that I had checked the doc out and that he is licensed in the state the DEA agent said he wasn't licensed in, he got very irate and would not tell me what was done wrong. There is more to this story, obviously. They are saying that the FDA was involved.

What bothers me is that the pharmacist at Heath E Choice said he could care one way or another. I called the pharmacy board and neither he nor the doc are suspended yet, but the pharmacy is saying our scripts no longer exist. FYI, this is the same pharmacy that ChatCP, who is banned, used, and who held on to six refills saying they got them after the 15th. They even refused to fill the scripts they got before from Chat. They are failing to let the DEA know how much they charge for their part in this, so they shouldn't be so freakin cavalier about our losses. They could care less???? Really?? Hmmm.....then give us our money back.

I just wanted to say that I am really glad that Drugbuyers exists because if I hadn't jumped online and seen other people wondering what was going on, I would have found out the worst possible way....the day I wanted a refill. So kudos to this site for helping us keep informed. All of us who have OCS' should check in AND share info with others so it doesn't happen to us or them. Knowledge is power. I am glad we have each other, and thanks Admin for giving us a place to vent too!

Apparently, the compounds were a big problem...that is why the FDA was involved. I am speaking of the Neurontin.

I believe they were calling their new miracle drug "Neuofen."
Neurontin is a real drug...gabapentin.

Actually, it was Neurocet. Maybe one had Aspirin and the other Tylenol. Anyway, that is what did it,, at least in part. That stinks for the OCS Customers who busted their butts to follow the law.

well the site is back online sans any info about the neurocet/neurofen. I'm guessing that is was the issue with the FDA. Will let the board know if my refill ever gets processed

I have called and written them several times and no response. I explained I simply wanted to know where we stood. No calls. I called pharmacy last night who said they were STILL not doing refills. I called and there were 0 refills on my script that had two. You might want to check. Last time, they were seven days behind and up to two weeks too.

I tried to edit the above post to be clearer. The pharmacist told me my script was NO GOOD. He said that it had been taken by the powers that be, as I indicated a while back. This was late yesterday. I have asked MNW/MS to write or post and let us know they are still in business and in the two weeks or so their site has been down, no return calls or one post. What happened to the people who had refills during that time. If they are back open, they have to fill all of those people before they get to yours. They were between one and two weeks behind then and if you add the time they were out, what are we looking at, a month? Also, the pharmacist said my script went from 2 to 0 fills, so how is that going to work????

If they have a new doc, you have to have a new F2F. If they are back up, that means nothing unless the DEA reversed the action they said they took, which was taking the docs DEA license. Also, how far behind are they if they did give it back. Hey, I wish it was a good sign, but I am very disappointed that all I got was a pharmacist telling me that I had no script any longer....IF somehow this has changed, I would like to know how. Otherwise, they are going to be getting money for refills, but what does that mean to the customer?

Like I said, I have tried diligently to call them, write them etc. The pharmacist telling me that my refills were gone really worries me. That is my experience with this OCS. I like the doc a lot but what is going on here? This place advertises on here, so they know how to post an update.

I just spoke to the pharmacy. They are NOT filling for this company AT ALL. The remaining fills I had are gone. I have not been able to get to anyone from the OCS, but the fact that the site is up means NOTHING to ME. It may mean they want money for new consults or whatever, but it is NOT business as ususal with usual pharmacy. It is unfortunate that we can't get a direct answer from OCS. This gives people false hope and delays charge backs.

I just moved from VA to FL and live near MNW/MS. I drove by the office to get some answers and the place is locked up and a black LE car was parked within view of the building. I was due a refill this week and got no replies to messages or emails. I called the pharmacy and they told me today that the OCS had been shut down and the scripts are not able to be filled. This blows for we who have the records, MRIs, etc. and need the pain meds for legitimate reasons. So since the site is up I requested a refill a few days ago. I wonder if they will reopen or if we are back to the drawing board and if we find a new OCS is that legit?
