So, rxchief's Web site was down for awhile, but came back up last week.
I placed an order; however, according to the folks there, their credit card processing system was down and I needed to wait to have my order processed.
That was LAST TUESDAY.
Now?
They're not even answering their phones -- and they always were very good about that.
Have I been scammed?
Has anyone else placed an order with them, only to be sitting around with their finger up their proverbial noses?
I'm nervous, given they've got my CC number. I've never minded using my CC with them before; they've always been on the up-and-up, keeping in touch and providing good service.
Now, not so much.
Argh.

They were pretty popular; I'm surprised nobody else here has had recent dealings with them...
Still can't get through on the phone.
Can't reach them via e-mail, and their live chat is down.
Argh. I think I'm out some dough from a place that ALWAYS delivered great service.

Sorry,I used them quite a bit 6mths to 2yrs ago,they were excellent top quality somas/customer ser. etc.Then I noticed their site went down,bummer,haven't used them since.Didn't even know they had a site back up.

Their live chat is/was onine like from 8am/5pm cst.You might try at those times.I would definately try calling th first.Longest I ever waited for an order from rxchief was maybe 3/4 days & that was about a week or 2 when their site went down.

Keep us up on the procedings,if their legit or on the dark side,I would like to see them back to their old ways of doing business and I would do a chargeback if they don't help you with some legit info.

I too have had an issue in that no one answers the phone all this week, just the same recording and music.Has anyone got an order this week either by phone or thier web site?

When I noticed that the site went down I cannot say I was unhappy. For a few orders I had been having problems with them and their CC processing. They even went as far both times as to tell me that something was wrong with my CC. I always use a "safe" number (one the CC company gives me for just this type of order - it's a temp number based on my original).

Those issues were resolved, but that was back in February/March and I vowed never to do business again with someone who was dissing me.

My credit card company even told me it was time to find someone else! I agreed.

Still wasn't able to get through to them by the end of Friday.
I just checked my status, and it went from declined (which they said was their fault, their credit card processor was down and so every order was declined) to "not a valid order number."
If I can't get through tomorrow, I'll do a chargeback.
It's just aggravating, because I have always received top-notch service from them.
Perhaps I should have taken it as a bad sign when the Web site went back up? Who knows.

Well, my order status went back to declined -- but my e-mails to them were just rejected.
What a bummer, after this place provided great service.
My advice: stay away.
I'm still interested to know if anyone else has received an order from them lately.

I have had the same problem, I received an order in May, for 90, I had gotten some Soma usually every month or two, and back in March they called me and told me I could get 180 for $120.00 so I took it....I usually get 90, I decided to go ahead and refill in May, then now, Friday, they gave me the "ordered too soon" (after they had called me to order) and then the "credit card declined" message (no way!) then the phone rang busy for 2 days, now it says "Temporarily Disconnected" on the phone, they won't return emails and when you submit a query, it will either tell you order declined or pending order. etc. They haven't charged my card (and they better not until I get my meds.....) - Now I wonder if I should just cancel....Anyone know any other websites for Soma? PM me if you need to......I hate being out of it. I had knee replacement and I get awful cramps in my legs/toes. HELP? I guess I will cancel, but they haven't charged yet. I was hoping they would be left alone....

Order pending Review at 3:42 PM S4, whatever that means, then my phone rang w/ an 1-866-414-6289 phone # and I think that is one of their numbers, I am going to call them w/ my phone on private and see if they answer!!!!

Whoever was calling it wasnt rx chief....still haven't been able to get them, but I did get a refill last month (May). I am out of both Soma AND my NORCO..so I am NOT happy!!
I got a card in the mail from TDI Pharmacy, and also this place called "GLOBAL" called me. Anyone had any experience using TDI? I think it has another name, I got a postcard in the mail. so I my try them. I am giving up RX Chief....has anyone had the charge put through when they didn't deliver, or do they just delete your order? I have never had them charge me, without shipping, but if they are going belly up, they may try.....Anyone gotten ripped off (credit card or bank card by them) in the last few months? So far, they haven't put through a charge, but I am nervous...their website is down now and they never answer the phone.

Yeah, I did too,,,I sent an inquiry and told them to cancel my order and do not even think about trying to charge my card.....now i gotta find someone else.

i used to order 180 at a time and at first i would reorder too quick,they will even call you early and tell you its time to reorder,but when you do all the sudden you have ordered too early and that caused delays but as soon as time was ok to order then no problems. they also used to call with a phone no that was all zeros but then started calling with what looked like a no from my area but if you tried to call back it was a bogus no.once i started ordering at the right time,180 was 2 months worth,i never had any more problems,except for the excessive phone calls,but like i said b4 its been a few months since ive ordered.dont know if this helps but figured id share my experince,good luck rusty

I got mine today, all 90, I submitted an inquiry and told them if they couldn't get them to me by today, I would cancel my order and go w/ someone else, I was called by one of their reps in a matter of an hour. I told him, he said they were backed up from the 25th to now, and I told him that I put my order in on the 5th and that I was tired of waiting, so I "sweet" talked him into getting mine pushed ahead...if you are nice, they are nice, all recvd today, all 90 (Thank God) and I am happy!!!!!
PS: I did get the phone # that was all O's or I would share it...it could be they call from Skype, that comes up 000-000-0000. Good luck, but don't give up, submit query and threaten to cancel that may work!!

Got ours today also. These guys are the best around. 2 days late this time but reliable in the long run, as usual. I'm guessing everyone else's packages showed up already too. Anyone else want to chime in?

Could not help but notice your mention of a postcard mentioning TDI - kind of off topic but worth mentioning; TDI & St. Pete's got in some trouble way back, I know there is info out there about it so I do not know if TDI pharmacy is back around or what; I am far from an expert but thought I would warn, the DEA took them down. Perhaps someone with more experience can enlighten; Stevo? perhpas?

Did get my order, not sure if I want to place again, depends on if they answer their phones or not, when I try next. I won't order via internet, will wait to get someone one the phone, that seems to work best.

I finally was able to place and get an order from them last month. There was a temporary glitch with my credit card, but the folks there were very helpful.
Very glad to see them up and running again.

Update- Fedex recieved shipping information w/ delivery expected in the next few days. So far so good

update - about 1 week delivery. Not exactly 2 days...but under a week and legit prescription provided. So I'm not complaining. Would order from again.

Location and shipping method can mess up your delivery. I know it sucks, but getting the package in the end is a victory.

Still crapped out as far as I'm concerned. Been trying for a couple of weeks now. I give up...

I did have to call b/c my order kept saying something like ready to fill. Once I called the person sounded a little confused as to what the hold up was and said it would be 2 days from then -and it was. I would just give them 5-6 days from order date and if it doesn't ship give a follow up email / call.
