The best AFAIAC, but I have been with him since beginning. I won't use another, if that says anything. There was one hiccup, but I was not ordering at the time.

53chevy Board Addict Registered: 10/04/07 Posts: 337	well, i wanted to give an update on my order i placed friday afternoon. it's not an exciting story with a lot of drama. their wasn't a lot of e-mail communication flying back and forth to try and work out any problems. as a matter of fact the communication was minimal. i simply placed my order and was told it would 2-3 days to get it . and sure enough it was on my porch when i came home today. althuogh i didn't get a tracking number i wasn't worried because i figured it will be there as " H " said it would . and it was, quality is great and never a problem with the count. some of the new places may be " more exciting " to order from and see what happens. but as far reliable time after time service rxinus is the best in my book. like i said it's not an exciting story , just one of dependable service with no drama . just the way i like it.

Hi chevy- Rxinus is definitely the best in my book too. You're right. Normally, an ordering experience with rxinus isn't all that exciting. Communication is generally more professional. "H" does exactly what he tells you he's going to do, and doesn't make promises he can't fulfill. He's reliable...and fast when you need him to be. And he's fair. This last ordering experience, there was a problem with my payment...basically...and I don't know all the details....for some reason he was unable to pick up my payment. I had done everything as instructed, but there was some sort of problem on his end. Well, he still sent my order out as promised. Thanks "H"! _________________________ I met a girl... Snowball in hell. She was as hard; And as cracked as the Liberty Bell.

53chevy Board Addict Registered: 10/04/07 Posts: 337	just wanted to give a quick update on rxinus . they are delivering on time and with no delays on their part. the carrier is loaded down this time of year and took an extra day, but then i always use 2nd day air. probably be better to use overnight right now if someone needed somrthing extra fast , at least untill the holidays are over.

I wouldn't be too worried. I think if you ordered overnight it would be there tomorrow or 2nd day on thursday. I've never had him ship out the same day I've sent money.
