Made a small order with this IOP early June.
Not anxious about delivery at this point but I am curious about any other customer experiences.

Never used them but never heard anyone having problems with them ... although recall another IOP whose name escapes me that undercut them from the same country. Anyway, its OTC medicine in the UK, also too weak for me, so no need for me to ever order.

I've used them, they came through, 1 week shipping. That was about 1 year ago. Don't know of anyone who has used them recently.

The Nurofenplus does an excellent job of filling in the gaps of my prescribed meds.

I've had about a dozen orders over the past year and a half, all of them successful, none of them even stopped. All orders were small, no more than quantity 48, with the lowest amount of codeine possible with nurofen, placing it somewhere around sched IV or V on the list. I've tried to wean myself off, just use tylenol or motrin, cause it starts to add up after a while. But Katie is the person you want to email, she's great.

I agree totally. Nurofenplus.com is a great site. Katie is wonderful- friendly and professional. I've had a bunch of orders over the past few years, never had one seized, and like someone said they fill in the gaps from my prescription drugs. I also keep my orders relatively small. They divide up the packages anyway instead of sending one large, bulging envelope (and rattling too). Great place.

NZ is a great country and nurofen plus is otc there so its like sending tylenol. You shouldnt have any issues here, I dont think there are many dodgy NZ online pharmacies.

Any idea how long it would take for a letter from US to get to NZ, and process an order, then get back. Just trying to figure how long it might take, thanks in advance

Probably about 20 to 30 days?total turnaround time nuro says 10 to 15 days for order to arrive so this is about what it should be.btw Katie is great and you wont be dissapointed.very reliable and helpful fast response to emails.i sent cash usd with no problems whatsoever will definetly use nurofen again and again again.prices are good too.

LOL I should have been sneakier in my wording but probably pretty obviouse what I was asking lol. I agree she is super nice and great with answering emails. I just did not want to be a pest and bother them with, is it there yet lol. I kind of figured about a 20 to 30 day turn around. like you I use them to fill in those "gaps" in your meds...

it doesn't take 10mg of hydro or oxy for EVERY ache you get... but you definitely need more than aspirin...

what I find puzzling is I get redirected from Nurofenplus.com to "rocket pharmacy" or somesuch...

I have used this site for Codeine about five times. Always got my shipment within two weeks, usually sooner. I never had a problem, and I usually ordered larger quantities to save money on shipping. I never had a single problem. I haven't ordered for a long time though, I have a good doc now, so I get my scripts.

I've used Nurofenplus for about a year now (never with any issues, quick delivery) and now it's Rocketpharmacy, though the website looks exactly the same. Does anyone know if there has been any changes with them? I've only received 1/2 my order the past two orders and I tried a different shipping address for my most recent order to see if it's an issue with my postal service.

Katie's been great with me. Did get 2 LLs over about 3 years, but they reshipped and went through. My last order was in the last month or two...site had just changed, but service/delivery was exactly the same.

I have used them and yes they are reliable.

The last 2 orders were delivered while under the new domain Rocket Pharmacy. Seems like the same people and service. They did send the wrong meds on the first of the 2 last orders but it was comparable in price and quality. Not enough to rock the boat, IMHO...

What name did they use before? Nurofenplus.com?

If so, there are several NZ pharmacies that will ship ot the US at much, much cheaper prices.

It is a "pharmacy only" med so you have to fill out a short questionaire. If you do a search on google for "online new zealand pharmacies" you will find many pharmacies listed that do ship to the US.

The one thing you need to do is chekc he FAQ and make sure they ship codeine products to the US. Some have stopped doing that.

With the regular pharmacies in NZ that also have a web site you can find others that will sell to you at the normal price instead of jacked up prices.

At least it used to be that way...I haven't ordered in a while form any of the NZ pharmacies. I do know that some pharmacies don't have it listed on their website, you have to contac them to order it.

They do have a US price also, but you might want to use a currency converter to chekc the price, it does change daily and you will get the converted price the the time they charge you.

Now you might can even find cheaper prices than that, but you just need to research google and then email them if it is not showing up or showing out of stock on heir website. Ask for the NZD price and then go ot the converter and see what the USD price will be.

There was one place I always bought from, can't remember the name o the place. They didn't list Nurofen Plus on their site and you would email them a nd they would give you a special code to order things not on their website.

Also you can buy it from a UK online pharmacy and while the currency exhange is not as good as NZD to USD, it is probably a lot cheaper than if it is one of those places to do with nurofenplus, jetchemist, etc.

It just takes doing some research on google, looking at the shipping policy of the company and emailing the pharmacy and asking.

I have been a regular customer of nurofenplus.com wich is now rocketpharmacy.com for about a year.

Always have had excellent results and good communication with Katie.

However, my last order was dispatched on Oct. 27 2009 and I have yet to receive (Nov. 23, 2009) Furthermore my e-mails to them have been imediately bounced back from my yahoo account. I sent a message on the online message service with no reply for days, and the toll free number is nothing but busy signals. Sometimes it will ring once then cut to a busy signal. I have never placed a call to them until today and during their operating hours as posted on the site.

Anybody having similar issues with this outfit? I usually receive within 10-15 days. A few times have taken longer and they have re-shipped no questions asked. Then the original order showed up later. They have a 21 day guarantee on reception of goods. Then they will re-ship.

I'm thinking that it could just be the time of year and the mail is slow, but the bounced back e-mails, no reply from the website message center, and busy signals has me a little concerned.

Update: Had contact with Katie today via e-mail and she said that the mail server was down due to the website change. All is well and she re-shipped.

I am extremely irritated with this place. I have been a customer for two years and always had great customer service and delivery times until now. I have had two orders not recieved one ordered over a month ago. The thing that really makes me mad, is that I have emailed them every day for the last two weeks and I get NO RESPONSE. I will not be ordering from them again.

I can only say posetive things about them, been a customer for almost 2 years, never missed a order, just ordered the 11 of december and got 1 delivery today

I have used this store for at least 3 years it used to be called nurofenplus now i guess it is called www.rocketpharmacy.com all my orders arrived in a timely matter no problems great site good meds.

Used them when they were nurofenplus and now rocketpharmacy.com.Had same great service under both names.Recently ordered 1/2/10 received on 1/13/10.

Orders always show up the following week. It's a solid connection, seems to never fail. I was just looking at the kiwi site mentioned above and it seems they're more expensive. Other sites jack up shipping while you need to order large quantities to get a solid deal but don't provide reships..

Don't forget about the 10% coupon code from drugbuyers. It works the same. Save a couple bucks..

They usually deliver within 2 weeks. On occasion it can longer depending on the mail system. They're convenient, nevertheless.
