Here.. I made this poll to see where we all stand. If you have done your first F2F please post your result and describe what happened. When I wrote on the poll "Success", that means you drove and actually did see the Doctor F2F.

NOW they =must= see me F2F every 3 months..no excuses, thats the law, thats what I was told. Thanks to the RH law of 2008.

What do you mean? Do you mean that if a doctor sees you he is obligated to see you again in 3 months? Or you mean if the Dr. gives you a script he is obligated to see you every 3 months?

The Dr i saw was great but he said that it was the OCS that made him sign a contract saying no refills. That wy they can charge $160.00 for phone consult and refill.

Thats interresting. Care to share who was the OCS? Then we can avoid such hassles.
