I would be curious about this, admin do you know if they operate under basically the same Rules as the US, DEA and everything, and how the health care sys is down there?
I lived in Puerto Rico for 7 years. The island is a commonwealth of the USA, and follows DEA Rules.
Health care is OK in San Juan, but miserable in the smaller towns. Although quite a few docs speak English to some degree, many nurses don't. You really need to be at least moderately fluent in Spanish there, as it is the first language of 99% of the residents.
