I just received a phone solicitation for oxycontin 80mg. They said they ship from USA, described the pill correctly. Said it was legal... of course! Then they said THEY DO NOT accept CCs.

The refusal to take a CC was interesting, as that would typically be the scam.

The company was USAmeds or USARXmeds or some variation on that. When I go pick up the package, I'm wondering what to expect, and would like any advice at all. Has anyone received a similar call? Did it actually work out?

Thanks.

Here's how they identified themselves.

Company name: "rxmeds with express"
Alternate: "justusameds"
COD MO made out to: LUIS ARIZA

They said they'd send me a package COD which I haven't picked up. I haven't even checked the tracking. Not until I'm sure that it's not a scam.

Do you know someone who ordered and received fakes?

They say meds come from NY but they are fake. They use just part of a name of someone I use to use JustUSAMEds Telemeds and I ordered my last refill from them not realizing they were not the same people and I got fake meds from them.
So don't order

Sounds like an old CHATCP spinoff scam.

Sounds like a second or third rate attempt to steal your money.I have received 3 and more calls a week for %40 off my "refills" of anything, and they accept Visa or MC,no AMEX.WU and COD are about as reassuring as sending cash or blank money orders.Visit the www.drugbuyers.com/crooks site. Expect nothing. Reply was to piezano, not you resorts, as I know little of CHATCP.

The pills are either shipped out from NY or California. Some of these scammers even take credit cards. I get 10-15 calls a day. They all sound like their from Pakastan (which they are). Their like vermin, I can't get them to stop calling me. I had one send me out an order and said that I could pay WU after I rec'd it, (he must of been new), they were fake 10/350. big and yellow with no markings. I also rec'd some samples that were fake 10/500 white with no markings. If you already paid for them don't be afraid to pick them up, there won't be a cop waiting for you, and there will be pills, fake pills. If you had them sent COD---Do not pay for them and let them go back to the scammer. In fact due to the amount of calls that I get daily, I'm thinking of ordering from them all, COD of course, then refusing to pay for them, I'm sure that they will owe UPS something for the delivery. Am I correct in assuming this? Maybe then they will stop calling me. What do you all think???

They call alot less often after I place an order then tell them to send an invoice for payment.I don't want USPS,UPS, or
FED-EX being rejected so much as to dislike bringing packages I might want.
These phone hacks are insistent about how you should trust them, tell them to trust you.
They eventually fade away,so give the money you save to your favorite charity.

I just started getting these phone calls. The last person to call was named Madeline. Has anyone gotten this name? I did a reverse phone number and it is out of NY supposedly. Would this be the same people? I haven't answered any of the calls yet but thought about calling them back just to hear what they say. Suggestions? Obviously I won't bite.... Thanks.

Can any of you post any of their contact info
WEB?
EMAIL?
PHONE?

Or their payment instructions... is it always LUIS ARIZA?

Without that... we really do not know who we are talking about

I was contacted by phone and do have the phone number if you'd like me to post it. Like I said, I didn't answer because with caller ID we don't answer calls we don't recognize and this was one of them. They've called our house 3 times now over the past week. I was thinking of calling them back just to get their info. If you feel that would help, I'm willing to do that.

We get between 5 to 10 calls a day from various folks. This will be hot and heavy for a week or so, then nothing for the same amount of time. I'll try to get the actual name/phone and post it. The connection is always "staticky" and English is very accented. I think they are overseas because they start calling around 6:30 am, but no calls after 5 pm (pst). Pretty sure it's computer dialing because of the pause after I say "hello." Of course, they never leave a message if the answering machine picks up.

I don't know about anyone else but I would NEVER place an order with someone who just calls me out of the blue. What I would consider is changing my phone number.

Here is their contact information.

USARXMeds - rxmeds with express
justusameds
914-210-4812
"Kevin"
Money order to Luis Ariza

I received one message where he misidentified himself as what sounded like "Tony."

I cancelled my order via a mesage, but they sent it anyway ("you didn't cancel in time"). I then told them I checked the DEA site and that -- to my shock and surprise! -- it was illegal to buy scheduled meds like this. Man they went ballistic. Now they want me to pay shipping cost for return! Not sure what to do... mainly concerned about organized crime and danger to family.

One small payment for nothing was to "Centilictamas"? through Eric Jones.Amanda, William and other made up Anglo sounding names.
Accents could be Indian or Hispanic, not sure because English was very good.
Phone i.d.was Ca. or N.Y.with a reroute to a local number to call them back.Sophisticated.
Only website I was given was www.prefermeds.com.You had to call for prices.

They are relentless.....all they want is your $$.....Ive had situations where I would place an order for my Soma and the next and etc they say I need to order. Just a bunch of crooks!

I don't think that you need to worry about you or your family's saftey as these people live in India/and or pakastan and there would really be no advantage to them to fly to you to try to collect the $50.00 or so that I'm sure they are saying you owe. Just remember====these people are CROOKS, they were trying to RIP YOU OFF. Please don't let them intimadate you. Be tough with them. They don't know if they were delivering to a public postal box or your home. Don't worry, tell them to take a hike.

Tammy,
I wouldn't do this because you will irritate your UPS or FedEx driver. I know because I used to work for FedEx. If I had an address that refused some COD deliveries repeatedly I would start marking the packages as "Customer not Home" or could not find address or some other non-delivery code and take them back. People should know that these drivers put in long days and hate nothing more than signature required and/or COD because they take up valuable time. Trust me - you will [censored] them off and they will stop coming for anything other than a routine delivery. And you may really want one some day. Don't do it. Just ignore the phone calls.

That's my two cents as a former driver.

Ive noticed that they appear to be in one of those call centers, or they also have internet cafe's. These telemarketers have nothing to do and yes they are relentless, before i had my phone #'s i as well as many of us were always afraid to answer the phone. Ive tried everything to get them to back off. LOL my worst excuse was nope she's not here but my voice was on the machine!! LOL......that really pissed them off......oh we know its you blah blah.....anyway there is nothing to fear about a package not being paid. Like the poster said above...return to sender. dont let them make your life miserable.

Oops I just realized i made a mistake on my other post....i meant from 8am-9pm......the bad thing is what are we gonna do,,,, call the police and say these people I ordered meds from the internet are harassing me all day?? So it was just easier to get a different phone #....non listed...non public. I now know to make up a phone # at places I dont trust. Its a crying shame they can get away with selling our phone #'s

Hi Rosie Posie. You offer good advice. I don't get any calls. But, if I did, I would not answer any call I didn't recognize. They never leave a VM. I think I've gotten 3 calls. No emails. I guess I am fortunate.

That's my strategy - just don't answer. I don't know why I don't get all these calls. But I am happy about it. If I did, I would not answer. Period. Assume all are scammers and you'll be correct 99.9% of the time.

Hope you are doing well Rosie. Hugs.

I had someone called WeCare Pharma try to send me 50 pills when I only wanted to order 10. He said if I liked them I could send the rest of the money afterwards. He kept trying to upsell me but I refused and finally refused to receive the extra pills. I was concerned about the repercussions if I didn't pay up. The guy was calling from India.

HI all,

I receive calls from "Marshall" about once a week on my cell phone. Have answered a couple of times when he first started calling but now just ignore them.

He leaves a message saying I could have my meds Fed Ex'ed, etc. I've never ordered from them before nor will I for fear of being ripped off obviously.

I thought I had his phone number saved but I can't find it. But I'm sure he'll call again. BTW - not that it matters but he's extremely polite, gracious and professional.

Anyway, if/when he calls again, I'll post the info if Admin still wants it.

At all cost stay away from these people. They make up fake names all the time. Once it was "Tony" who called me, and once it was "Ryan", but they had the exact same voice.

He went with Toney Lopez 305-647-1100 (but their phone numbers change) The last once I received was 407-309-9178, a florida number.

back in May, when i was desparate
I had a name i sent $$ to: Leo Nel Valerio
Material Santana
Loc. Dominincan Republic
City Santo Domingo

it was for a small orde to test. they said it was all USA shipped meds. Not true.

They sent a bogus trakcing #...very easy to do.

Then a few days go by and I get a call from a supposedly Domincan Rep. Officer that has a doctor in custody and is telling me that why did you order these pills and you might be sent down to Dom. Rep. to answer questions...very threatening. I told him nothing...then he said he'd call back after he spoke with the FBI. Today they said the pills were taken by the FDA...ha

Then justusameds, who are in FL, say, just don't say anything, i don't want the doctor to go to jail and all that stupid stuff...liar.

after doing a little reading, I knew it was a scam, so every month i call and leave a voice message for these scammers and say "where's my money" and "You're a bunch of scammers." I recently received a voice message saying "Why are you saying this."

DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES HE SAYS 100% GUARENTEE!

somewhere out here there's another thread for justusameds.

they do not have a website
