I have called a few places TriRx and Pheonix Health care from California and the FDA says no shipping of Soma to Florida anymore. Anyone else find this so...Thanx Gator11

I know that Soma is a controlled substance in some states but not others. Because of the RHA recently passed, controlled substances can not be prescribed and shipped w/out a face to face doctor visit.
So perhaps Florida has changed Soma to a controlled substance? Would surprise me though as Florida has been so liberal.
Anybody else know more?

No a lot of States have reclassified certain drugs. Oklahoma and Texas, for sure and now Florida. This results in certain companies that will not ship to those States.

I thought controlled substance status was a federal DEA thing.
Soma is not controlled at the federal level... For now anyway.
agreed...
the problem may not be that it's controlled. it's the wording of the law. i posted about this (twice) in a thread in this forum. some are strict (no cross-state-border shipping), some aren't.
