First of all, hello. This is the first time I've posted here. Visited often, but I have some questions. I don't really understand the whole direct scrip thing. I come across a site called realtimeremedies.com that says you only need to fax medical records and have a phone consultation. You don't have to have a F2F? And also do they call in a scrip or do they send meds? Plus I needed to know if they can ship to Arkansas, so I emailed them, and never heard back. Can anyone here shed some light for me? BTW thank you to who ever came up with this site. I'm glad to know that there's someone where I can ask questions to people who actually know what they're talking about. Any advice is much appreciated.

I used them before I found DOD. They used to be great and probably still are. I KNOW they went F2F but only had a Dr in Forida. That may have changed. Their CSR was great. Their delivery was great. Things changed after the Ryan Hate [sp] act. If you can't get anywhere with them, try DOD (Doctors on Demand - NOT SHILLING Just my experinces! :-).
I believe they were in business before the RH Act went into effect, which requires a face to face visit with the physician prior to prescribing medications. I would suggest calling the telephone number listed on the web site to see if they are doing regular appointments or if they are out of the business totally. --91
