Brad,
I have a strong preference for UPS. I'm a bit out in the sticks, and UPS has never missed a delivery, not once in the 5 years I've been up here. I have a good relationship with my local driver, both with deliveries from FFM and from my other business. And he carries Milk-bones, so my vicious golden retriever likes him too.
DHL seems to have a lot of excuses when one of my suppliers uses them for deliveries. The truck broke (DHL has only one truck?), they got lost, address doesn't exist, I wasn't home (I work from home and seldom leave), afraid of my dog (understandable; he is a golden retriever, and we all know their well deserved reputation as aggressive man-killers), and the best of all: snow. It does snow here, maybe 3 time per year. A "blizzard" is 6 inches.
I'll go with the flow in whatever you decide, Brad, but that's my nickel's worth (used to be 2 cents, but cost increases hit everybody). Costco had a sale on parentheses, thus my over-use of them in this post (anybody need any, let me know).
