akria Member Registered: 07/10/09 Posts: 125	i am still waiting on my remaining 60 bars they have not reshipped and 1 month later no email reply and if i were you i would wait till website back up and running and reshippment starts there are people waiting from 10-8 shippment 2-3-or 4 part for me i did not even get a 2 package or email or rehip even though i have email many times asking what is going on my package was badly damaged during transit and if you order would recomend 1.mg instead of 2mg they do not hold up during delivery hint hint there is another site where you will get express tracking and pay alittle more not get name brand for bars but will get bonus if western union and they have been around with asister site that does not offer bonus but online support just look around we don't even know for sure if they are coming back and would like the rest of my package not trying to be mean but i like to have customer service and tracking the rest is just trusting they really sent all or any of your package so lets hope when and if they go back up that we at least get reships and email responces it does make many people mad that they are ignored and can not track their products so do what you want but also ask for better service it is not like you are paying with your c.c. and have that insurance i just pray that they take better care and respond to us this time around

But snce they don't take CC's and it mostly because way back so many people were doing chargebacks..getting there stuff and saying they never got it. But it would be nice if they could at least ire 1 to 2 people strictly for e-mails. Heck..they probably shut down for a while because they had so many. but there e-mail does state they are -reopening Monday..and honestly this has happened before and the e-mail thing never changed. What i say to those who are frustrated..find another IOP and one that takes CC's...best route. I don't have an issue with them...as long as I get my stuff.

Having gone through the experience of PCUSA's horrible, non-existent customer service, I probably will not order from them again even if I do get the remaining two packages they owe me. There is simply no reason why they shouldn't be able to answer emails...I bet if I was inquiring about an order and needed a question answered, they'd respond immediately.

akria Member Registered: 07/10/09 Posts: 125	that is my point and we all need to make it known since we are the ones ordering from them and if it wern't for our reviews more than half of there orders would be gone look at the order numbers they don't have aphone or answer emails that means there base are not as big as the other rip off site that sent fake meds that is the only other reason i am praying it changes and want to have faith am just like you and eveyone else we just want a trust worthy site that will answer emails doen't have to be online support just answer us and give us alittle respect and if there problems don't ignore us reship have tracking something because we are just handing over money and it's gone nothing to prove one way or another that they ever send anything i was happy and mad the 1 order happy it was real mad it had to be reshipped but it came they replyed it took awhile but it came 2 months but came now only half smashed up and nothing not even 1 email now should not be a time i am upset with any company barely even 2 orders and on the first things are already shaky what they don't have hundreds of orders every day this should not happen maybe i put to much trust in to quick 90valium and now 120 2 mg xanax that is not reaching for the Stars what the heck. if anybody at this point is even alittle upset please let me know i am not the only one and how many than maybe they'll listen HELP HELP HELP YOU ARE THE VOICE THANK YOU FOR LETTING ME VENT AND LETS HELP THEM SO THEY WILL LISTEN TO US I KNOW THEY READ THE BOARD THAT'S HOW AFTER EVERYTHING GOES SMOOTH FOR A WHILE AND CRASH AND BURN THAN BACK TO THE SAME CRAP. Now I see the blame for the non delivered orders are theiving consumers, Was theiving postmen & crackheads invading our mailboxes. I found 3 places that actually deliver & guess what? They have you sign for your package (certified mail) like all of the successful IOP's. This was my favorite IOP so I am no basher but they went wrong & only a couple of shills left, It is simple, have people sign for their orders like all the successful comapnies via certified mail & there is no one to point a finger at. Selective scamming. It is a shame. just be honesr & send order certified. Leaves no excuses. If you want proof place 2 orders, a week apart & see how few orders they have been actually handling. Not busy at all. PUSA has been done for awhile. Would anyone risk sending them money? Shills are free & the others don't rad DB. Thanks DB, save me several times. USA	ok, I was worried but the site acted normally. ordered 11/3 paid wu 11/4 sent 11/6 this is the second time I've been nervous about an order. But, last time, this board was what worried me so much. I expect they'll be here later than usual, but I'm also sure I'll get what I paid for. too many orders, shipped and received. just don't believe I'll get ripped off after almost 2 years of continuous problems free service. a reship or two, just aren't enough to justify switching iops. I'll keep the board posted though. Xing fingers just in case.

All I want is a response...even if the response is that I won't be getting the rest of my order (150 gadors) for another month or two. That would actually be OK with me, as long as I had something to go on. Now that I've surpassed the 30-day mark, over 20 business days, I'm going to be emailing them several times a week until I get an answer.
