Ok, so that is my point exactly, thanks Old. But it still has to be illegal to resell it. It doesn't matter what is/isn't a controlled substance in Spain. They've got to have laws prohibiting people from selling medication without being a licensed pharmacist. That is the reason why there aren't scores of vendors. They still need to do it secretly, probably with a false identity. They still need to mess with Western Union, pick up many orders, deal with customers (remember, some customers are just as shady as some of the vendors), buy shipping supplies, etc. Not that any of this is incredibly difficult, but it's just difficult enough to prevent the average person from wanting to bother. Too many people are too scared of the illegality to make a business out of it. It's really no different from selling medication in the US. Sure, opiates are not OTC here, but many, many people have access to them, but you don't see scores of resellers. It's just a business that too many people probably find to be too risky.
