He has a pw now? It's been over a year since I've bought anything from him, but did for a long time.

Not all orders make it for whatever reason and no LL either is possible. I had that happen to me once, then I decided to stop using his service very soon after that.

Me also. I have not ordered from him for over a year, but was always pleased with my transactions.

The only thing that worked for me was persistence. I kept trying until after many months he sent me the first sample. I followed his directions to the letter.

I just sent in another order. They are going to close down around the 5th of December and will take a all of January trying to get back on schedule.

I am thinking my chances of receiving again this year are 60/40 against.

Just checking in. Still waiting for Oct 17th order and one of two Nov 4rth orders(hopefully--the one with the pills). Despite my experience with BIO---I still recommend him (as long as its not a big issue WHEN your stuff comes). But for myself;I need to find a more responsive customer service based company. My patience wore thin faster than I thought it would (you find out new things about yourself every day!)--and the aggravation is not worth the savings.(to me)

Generally with Wayne you get your package, you send money, you get your next package.

Not much need for CS since there are only certain products and in the past he was regular, a problem here and there and this might be one of those "here and there" problems.

Tell me.....did you read this thread?

I guess not. This is the same as what I always say about Bio. And people don't read the threads and call Bio a "company". Pretty funny.

I mentioned a recently in this thread that everything you need to know about 'this company' is available in this thread. 82 pages is quite a lot of posts but you dont have to read that much to figure out what the Rules are.

People insist on trying to circumvent Biotrans procedures then rag on them when it doesnt work.
I am no big fan of Wayne but he has kept his word and has never stiffed me.

Been a lurker here and found this place over the summer. Signed up with biotran for codesian and rec'd the first shipment of 10 and then another 20 with no issues. I sent over an order earlier this month paying for the last 20 and ordering 40 more. Got an envelope last week with my order form back and $16 eclosed. Did not receive the codesian either. I emailed him this weekend, did not get a reply and sent another one today. Not sure what I did wrong, the only thing I can see was I did not send the plastic envelope back, i lost it and could not find it so I sent the cash in the order form. Anybody have something similar?

Would like to get it straightened out before their shutdown for sure

I got my first order of 10 tablets today. I requested the Perd's but got the Cod's. Label inside the packaging says it was shipped 11/16/09. That sounds pretty quick. I mailed the order form 10/18. I'm absolutely positive there was no "special" plastic sleeve anywhere in the packaging. Is this normal? Maybe it comes with the next order? I'll send back the $10 tomorrow in a plain envelope but won't expect to receive anything until January because of the holiday shut down. From what I've read I doubt I have time to squeeze one more in.

Got 60 pills and 60 bucks today---I figure the mail strike made him get them all at once. Yes; I have read the thread---that is why my first attempt to order pills online was with Wayne. (still new at this--so sue me if I get nervous when my order takes a MONTH longer than any of the previous ones) The whole reason I haven't ordered elsewhere yet is that I DO read the threads before I order---its time consuming and often fruitless; since often they already have too many customers/went out of business/stopped being reliable/etc...I only refer to BIO as a "company" in the loosest terms--mostly because I'm uncomfortable using the first name of some dude I've never met.

I probably complained a bit much---but now that I have my pills I realize why--my GOD does it feel good to have a little relief from the pain. I had gone so long without it had become a throbbing ache that never went away---I was in a crap mood for weeks. I was barely able to function--and when it gets that bad its my son that suffers (since dad is basically laid out from the pain)Its gets soooo bad. Srsly.

It was never my intention to slam Wayne---I just wanted to get some feedback for reassurance of his reliability (which you provided--thank you); and share the info on my turn around time (I have found this information useful for gauging CS on other threads as well as this one)

I apologize if I came off as a whiner---yes; I was whining---AND it was my own fault for only having a two week surplus to guard against "drought"---knowing that Wayne sometimes has as much as a 90 day turn around time.

I sent back my plastic---but I seriously gotta find someplace that can reliably deliver in under a week. I'm looking at vogueRX right now (I think thats how it was spelled) because the other places that have looked good (like cancunRX) have turned me away based on their wanting to take care of their existing customers first (which I both understand and applaud)

And posts like yours make it even more time consuming. Took me over an hour yesterday to catch up with this thread instead of minutes because I had to read through your posts. Thank god you got all your money and pills so maybe you can move on and I can get a simple answer to my question. Is it normal to not get the plastic sleeve with the first order?

Yeah I got an email back saying I must have done something wrong, they charge $5 to return orders. Now what, I can't find the plastic sleeve anywhere? He said to call on Sunday to get good service.

I'd just tell him you lost the plastic sleeve. He is rather eccentric but not impossible to work with. Just make sure you let us know how it turns out.

update, found my sleeve last night after some intense searching and mailed my order. I did send him an email about losing it and he advised to call on Sunday and they would send another sleeve

I did yesterday. 15 days there and back again. Leaves me with just enought time to send another refill request before the holiday shutdown.
